Mendabath West Midlands was established in 2016 by Richard Garrett when he took a leap of faith and bought into the Mendabath UK franchise network, leaving behind his previous career in the engineering field.
Since setting up, the business has gone from strength to strength culminating in Mendabath West Midland being named franchisee of the year at the annual AGM in 2018. To this day the business continues to grow and scale nicely even during these uncertain times caused by Covid and Brexit.
About Rich Garrett
I have an engineering background which provides me with a good base for problem solving should any arise on a job. I was brought up with spraying cars and my Uncle Steve runs Mendabath Australia.
In my spare time I like to spend time with my wife and children and enjoy taking the dogs out for walks as well as watching football, we also sponsor a local youth Football team that my Godsons play for and enjoy going to watch that.
I also enjoy building things whether it be with Lego or more DIY based. I’m confident in doing these things just as much as I am that your experience with Mendabath West Midlands will be a straightforward, professional experience.
What I enjoy about Mendabath?
In my previous life in engineering I was inside a factory all day, however now with Mendabath I have the freedom to see a lot of our beautiful countryside especially in the West Midlands.
Mendabath has given me the opportunities to work in different and unique properties across various locations both in the cities and in the countryside. I enjoy speaking to and meeting new people and building up my successful client base.
As no two jobs are the same, I enjoy learning to develop new skills and techniques and solving the challenges the jobs entail. Every day is a school day and you can always learn something new. I enjoy improving my skills daily and perfecting my processes while learning from my peers in the Mendabath UK network.
